1. RATES
The STANDARD rate does not require any advance payment nor a credit card as guarantee. Payment takes place directly during the check-in by credit/debit/prepaid card or cash.
The NON-REFUNDABLE rate requires the advance and immediate payment of the stay via instant bank transfer or credit card, based on the preference chosen in the booking form. In case of cancellation, modification of booking or no show, no refund will be given.

2. TOURIST TAX
Rates do not include the tourist tax of € 3,00 per person per night for people over 12 years old.
Tourist tax exemptions provided by the Municipality of Arezzo: residents of the Municipality of Arezzo and children under 12 years of age. The tourist tax is paid for the first 4 overnight stays.

3. PAYMENT
In the case of a STANDARD rate, the payment for the overnight stay, together with the tourist tax, will be done during the check-in by credit/debit/prepaid card or cash.

In the case of a NON-REFUNDABLE rate, payment for the stay takes place together with the booking via instant bank transfer or credit/debit/prepaid card. If the instant transfer is not received within 1 hour or if the transaction is denied in the case of credit/debit/prepaid card, the booking will be canceled immediately. The tourist tax will be paid by cash during the check-in.

4. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in can be done from 12 pm to 8pm. If you request an early check-in, it can be done free of charge subject to availability. In case of late check-in, advance payment of the stay will be required regardless of the type of rate chosen.

Check-out is by 11:00 am.
